The location near Mercado Centrale is perfect for food lovers. Climbing the 50 steps to the entrance was challenging.

Great location just a short walk from the main attractions. Room was clean and had a cozy atmosphere, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with good water pressure and cleanliness, a big plus in my book. However, the shared bathroom setup could be a hassle, especially during busy hours. The lack of an elevator made hauling luggage up the four flights of stairs quite a workout. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. the selection was limited, mainly just a bowl of cereal and a croissant. The staff were helpful and accommodating, which made a significant difference in my stay.

The shared bathroom setup was questionable, particularly with a tiny toilet positioned too close to the wall!!! The stairs to the attic rooms could use better lighting and marked warnings for safety!!! A mini fridge would have made a world of difference!!!

My stay was enjoyable. I loved the charming atmosphere with wooden beams and cozy rooms, but the breakfast was pretty limited.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk to all the major attractions and the main train station, which makes it incredibly convenient. I appreciated that my room, although small, was kept clean daily with fresh towels and toiletries. The hot water was consistent with great pressure, and the air conditioning provided a nice cool relief from the summer heat.

Climbing the stairs to the upper floors can be a bit challenging without an elevator.

It was a great fit for a weekend jaunt in Florence with attractive and competitive value for money. The coffee in the morning was lovely and a great start to the day. If you're traveling light, do keep in mind the many stairs to climb.

I stayed in a Double Room for 4 nights. The room was clean, but it felt a bit cramped, especially with our bags. The lack of an elevator made hauling our suitcase a workout, climbing 4 flights of stairs wasn't fun. On the bright side, the staff, especially Igor, were super helpful and friendly. The location was a huge plus—so close to the central station and market.
